You can submit an application on line by typing /msg CStar REGISTER

Instructions:
*IMPORTANT* 
Put "REGCHAN" AND the Channel Name AND your Nickname in the 
SUBJECT area of your email.
Example:   REGCHAN #Mychannel Mynickname.

Please send the information in the body of the message, not as an 
attachment. Send only the part between the "Message Text" and 
"End Message" lines above. You will receive a confirming email when 
your application has been processed.

Whois: on Starlink-IRC, type /msg CStar whoami to return your 
user@host mask.

Purpose and Supporters: Self explanatory.
